Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere and enforce client SLA's and Policies.
- Accurately and effectively service all travel requests from enquiry to reconciliation, ensuring all air, hotel, rail and/or other ancillary service reservations fully meet the client's expectations.
- Deal with any post-booking queries, rectifying any requested changes and efficiently processing reissues where required.
- Ensure attention to detail, keeping errors and mistakes to an absolute minimum so that the Company does not incur financial losses or client complaints due to individual error.
- Respond and react to any client queries ensuring complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner in conjunction with your Line Management Team and the Global Services department.
- Complete all PNR's and MaJic files accurately and promptly, ensuring all QC points are met as standard.
- Ticket all bookings as and when necessary.
- Be responsible and confident with dealing with the VIP travellers on the team.
- When delegated work from your Line Management Team, it must be completed within the given deadline. Any reason as to why it cannot be done must be communicated to them immediately.
- Alert your Line Management team to any incremental business opportunities for the company.
- Be proactive in suggesting improved practices and ideas across the business.
- Looking after our accounts, ensuring the highest possible standards are delivered at all times with a personalised and individual approach to each client.
- Ensure attention to detail, keeping errors and mistakes to an absolute minimum so that the Company does not incur financial losses or client complaints due to individual error.
- Be responsible for booking your own Training on the Hub and ensuring timely attendance. Once completed, allow yourself the opportunity and time to put what you have learnt into practice.

Key Requirement:
- Previous experience within the business travel sector essential - ideally minimum 2 years.
- Previous experience using Global Distribution Systems (Galileo preferred).
