Travel Advisor

Salary: £20,000

Location: London

For our London offices, we are looking for a Call Centre Officer/Travel Advisor to maximize direct and indirect sales and provide a high quality of customer service.

Job Purpose:

Operational missions
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Maximize both direct and indirect sales, through an optimisation of his/her own performance in accordance to his/her objectives (budget)
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Contribute to the overall team productivity and sales development

- Education: minimum A level
- Job experience: At least one year of Call Centre experience and/or experience in the sales industry, and experience in the tourism industry
- Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Clear and friendly telephone voice
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated individual, persistent and demanding, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and will to be part of a team

- Skills: Client oriented, argumentative skills
- Technical skills (tools): Computer skills, NA, outlook, word
- Training sessions will be organised regularly to keep you up to date with our tools and processes
